Join Kate for a class focusing on strength and balance. Recommended exercise equipment includes a sturdy chair, weights (soup cans or water bottles work!), resistance bands (a hand towel or necktie works!), and a water bottle to stay hydrated!
Kate will be unavailable to teach on March 14, but you can still keep moving! Register to access the exercise video and follow along at your own pace. Stay active and enjoy your workout on your schedule!
