FIT FRIDAY
Fridays at 11 am
Join David Aaron for a class focusing on strength and balance. Recommended exercise equipment includes a sturdy chair, weights (soup cans or water bottles work!), resistance bands (a hand towel or necktie works!), and a water bottle to stay hydrated!
David Aaron brings enthusiasm and energy into every class session, along with tips for a healthier lifestyle. His interest in older adult health began with his own family and has expanded across other Chicago-area communities. David is certified in Senior Fitness through the American Institute of Fitness Educators as well as Stronger Seniors Specialty Training and Silver Sneakers.
Please note: There will be no class on July 3 in observance of Independence Day.
