Insights on Aging is an ongoing series of presentations with a focus on the mental and emotional health of older adults and their families. Covering a wide range of topics, from self-compassion and resilience to dementia and anxiety, and so much more, the professionals guiding these discussions seek to provide understanding and empowerment to all who participate.
