MONDAY MORNING MINDFULNESS

Mondays 10-10:30 am
This program, designed to help you start your week with a clear and positive mindset, will feature 30 minutes of guided mindfulness, including meditation and breathwork exercises to improve your mood and outlook. Marissa, who has been teaching yoga for over ten years and is the founder and owner of And Then There Was Well, a yoga studio in Oak Park, is excited to meet you!
