Hershey Felder

Hershey Felder is one of today’s most captivating theatrical performers, seamlessly blending music, storytelling, and history into unforgettable live experiences. An acclaimed actor and pianist, he has performed more than 6,000 times on stages around the world, bringing legendary composers like George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Beethoven, and Leonard Bernstein vividly to life.

Known for his powerful stage presence and extraordinary musicianship, Felder’s shows have played to sold-out audiences from Broadway and London’s West End to major theaters across the U.S. and Europe. His work has been praised as “in a category all his own” (American Theatre Magazine).

In addition to his distinguished stage career, Felder serves as Artistic Director of Firenze OnStage in Florence, Italy, and is the creator of Live from Florence, a celebrated series of cinematic theatrical productions enjoyed by audiences around the world. A Steinway Artist, he has also served as a scholar-in-residence at Harvard University’s Department of Music. Felder is married to Kim Campbell, the first female Prime Minister of Canada.

A special part of the Celebrate CJE story, Hershey was our featured performer in 2019 and now returns for its 21st celebration, bringing his extraordinary artistry back to our community for an encore performance.
