Gratitude
In this video, Sharon Dornberg-Lee, LCSW, will share information about gratitude practices, why they are important to good mental health, and some ideas for gratitude journaling. Research suggests that gratitude is associated with:
- better physical health
- better psychological health
- increased life satisfactiondecreased materialism
