MINDFULNESS
Wednesdays 9:30-10 am
Paul Czajkowski, a yoga and mindfulness instructor, will lead exercises like breathwork and meditation to help support mental health, cope with stress, and change habitual thinking.
There will be no class on December 25, 2024, in observance of Christmas Day.
There will be no class on January 1, 2025, in observance of New Year’s Day.
