Linkages

LINKAGES provides information, support, and referrals to older adults and their family members with disabilities. Staff have expertise on available disability and aging resources, government benefits, and future planning tools.

This support program is created and supported by the Jewish Federation of Chicago and most program services are provided free of charge.
