Join Certified Adaptive Fitness Specialist Erin on the first Wednesday of each month for an inclusive exercise session, designed for individuals of all ages and abilities. Enjoy a supportive environment that encourages self-care and growth through a focused, slower-paced class.
There will be no class on January 1, 2025, in observance of New Year’s Day.
