GATHER AND GIVE BACK
Thanking Our Veterans
TUESDAY, November 10, 2026 • 1–2 PM
Honor Veterans Day through a hands-on service project. Help assemble care kits for the 200 veterans living at the Illinois Veterans’ Home at Chicago. These care kits will include comfort items and personal care products as a simple way of saying thank you for all they have done.
In addition to our service project, staff from CJE SeniorLife’s Benefits Services team will share information about Medicare Open Enrollment and other programs that help older adults access benefits, navigate healthcare options, and connect with valuable resources.

Mugs of Love
TUESDAY, December 8, 2026 • 1–2 PM
Celebrate the season of giving with us! Together, we will decorate and fill Mugs of Love for clients of EZRA, helping bring a little warmth and cheer to members of our community.
Then, we will wrap up our final Gather and Give Back of 2026 with a holiday celebration honoring YOU and all that we have accomplished together through a year of service, connection, and giving back.
