CJE SeniorLife Award Wining Culture Bus - Adult Day Services Program, Chicago and Northwest Suburbs, IL

An award-winning program* designed to challenge the senses, expand knowledge and inspire. Culture Bus offers individuals with early-stage memory loss an opportunity to participate in day trips to various cultural sites and events in metropolitan Chicago and nearby suburbs. Participants enjoy a kaleidoscope of programs and interactive experiences that may include visits to art galleries, nature and historical sites, spiritual centers and more. This engaging, structured program includes:

  • Docent-guided tours of exhibits and venues
  • Creative self-expression activities
  • Lunch at local restaurants
  • Planned and supervised by trained staff and volunteers

Program Sites, Departure Point, and Hours & Fees

Excursion Departure Point:

Northwestern University
Feinberg Pavilion, Lobby
251 East Huron Street, Chicago

Participants will provide their own transportation to and from the pick-up and drop-off point.  CJE SeniorLife will provide transportation for the excursion.  
Each event is planned and supervised by a trained leader and volunteers.

April 19, 26

May 3, 10, 17, 24

June 7, 14, 21, 28

No session on May 31


$800 for 10 week session.
