affordable housing for seniors and people older then 55 years oldThese buildings are subsidized by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or offered at below market rents*, depending on a family’s gross income. Waiting lists exist for most buildings, but applications are accepted.

Buildings have elevators, community rooms, and coin-operated laundry rooms. In order to qualify as a resident to the Levy House the head of household must be aged 55 or older (Non-subsidized housing).

In order to qualify as a resident of our remaining apartment buildings the head of household must be 62 or older and families must meet HUD income guidelines.

Rent for our remaining apartment buildings are 30% of adjusted gross income per month.
